Teavana’s My Morning Maté Tea
Benefits: May be energizing, supports appetite suppression, the immune system, heart health and well-being, and has natural antioxidants. Also contains 100% of the caffeine found in coffee.
Flavor: Rich cocoa scent with a combination of chocolate and nuts.
Contains: Maté, red rooibos, and black teas,  cocoa kernels, carob bits, citrus peels, chocolate pieces, almond, pistachio nuts, coriander, cactus blossoms, hazelnut croquant, and sunflower petals. CONTAINS NUTS.
The Perfect Cup: 1.5 teaspoons of the tea in 8 ounces of water boiled to 208 degrees F/98 degrees C. Let steep for 5-6 minutes.
Need extra sweetness? Try very small amounts of sugar or artificial sweeteners (like Truvia) until your reached desired sweetness as the flavors of the tea tend to intensify and are easily over sweetened. We suggest using only a small amount of milk, coconut milk, or light soy milk (The photo on the top-right has only a small amount of Silk’s Light Vanilla Soy Milk).
